Please reach out to us as soon as you can if you need to make any updates to your order. We fulfill orders pretty quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Once you place your order, please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.

We will email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

• Please enter in the subject; Order Issue_Order #.
• Please include a summary of the issue along with images of the damaged product.

We currently ship Canada Wide using Canada Post to ship all E-commerce orders.

Shipping is free for all orders over $50. Otherwise, we have a standard shipping fee of $7.99 or Expedited shipping (2-4 business days) for $20.00.

Your order will ship 1-3 business days after the order is confirmed. Once shipped, you will receive your order within 2-14 business days with standard shipping and 2-4 business days with Expedited shipping.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package goes out for delivery. If you don’t see that email, let us know at customerservice@glamgalaxycosmetics.com.

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. We will refund your original form of payment (minus any shipping charges you may have had). To start a return, email us at customerservice@glamgalaxycosmetics.com.

Please email us at customerservice@glamgalaxycosmetics.com within 30 days of your purchase. Enter the subject as "Return_Order #" and include a description of the item you would like to return.

We're sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service as we are not responsible for any packages not delivered to us.

We aim to process your return ASAP, where your refund can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement. On occasions, it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us.

We do not accept the return of any sale or discounted items. Discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for returns.
