Can I change my order?
Please reach out to us as soon as you can at if you need to make any updates to your order. We fulfill orders pretty quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.
Where canI track my order?
We will email you a shipment notification a long with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
What if I have an issue with my order (damaged)?

Where do you Ship? What Carrier do you use?
We currently ship Canada Wide using Canada Post to ship all E-commerce orders.
How much is shipping?
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $75 CAD (Standard service only).

Express Shipping (1–3 Business Days): $18.99
USA:
Standard Shipping (5–12 Business Days): $15.99
Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days): $34.90
Worldwide:

When will my order ship? How long will it take to arrive?
Your order will ship 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive your order within 2–14 business days with Standard Shipping or 2–4 business days with Express Shipping (delivery times vary by location).
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package goes out for delivery. If you don’t see that email, let us know at contact@glamgalaxycosmetics.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. We will refund your original form of payment (minus any shipping charges you may have had). To start a return, email us at customerservice@glamgalaxycosmetics.com.

Are returns free?
We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free return. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service as we are not responsible for any packages not delivered to us.
How long does it take to process a return?
We aim to process your return ASAP, where your refund can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement. On occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us.
Do you accept sale/discounted item return?
We do not accept the return of any sale or discounted items. Discounted andSale items are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for returns.
Can I exchange an Item?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges.
