Where do you Ship? What Carrier do you use?
We currently ship Canada Wide using Canada Post to ship all E-commerce orders.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders over $50. Otherwise, we have a standard shipping fee of $10.00 or Expedited shipping (2-4 business days) for $20.00.
When will my order ship? How long will it take to arrive?
Your order will ship 1-3 business days after the order is confirmed. Once shipped, you will receive your order within 2-14 business days with standard shipping and 2-4 business days with Expedited shipping.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package goes out for delivery. If you don’t see that email, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Do you accept returns?

Are returns free?
We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free return. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service as we are not responsible for any packages not delivered to us.
How long does it take to process a return?
We aim to process your return ASAP, where your refund can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement. On occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us.
Do you accept sale/discounted item return?
We do not accept the return of any sale or discounted items. Discounted andSale items are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for returns.
